Return Policy

Eligible Returns

* New/Unused Merchandise

* Received Wrong Product

* Damage During Shipping

All eligible returns require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) Please review our policies below prior to contacting to request an RMA#

 Returns should always be shipped back to us with sufficient packing material to avoid damage during transit. Anythingheli.com is not liable for any damage incurred while items are in transit back to our facility, and will be unable to issue a refund. We recommend using a shipping method that supplies a tracking number.

 Lithium Ion (LiIon), Lithium Polymer (LiPo), and Lead Acid (Pb) batteries are NON RETURNABLE.

Clearance / Discontinued items are NON RETURNABLE


New/Unused Merchandise

If you change your mind about a purchase, or ordered something by mistake we will gladly accept the returned merchandise in its original unopened retail packaging so long as it can be resold as new. Simply notify us 15 days from receipt of delivery to request and RMA#

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on returned merchandise.

Refunds/ store credit will be authorized for actual price paid for product only, any shipping charges that were paid will not be refunded. Shipping costs to return merchandise, and/or replacement merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed.

If returned item(s) received show signs of use or damage is missing product items, or simply cannot be sold as new, we will reject the return and ship all items back to the customer; no credit, refund or exchange options can be offered.


Received Wrong Product

If we send you the wrong product by mistake, notify us and we will remedy the situation. We will email you a printable pre-paid return shipping label (PDF format) along with your RMA #. Should you choose a different, faster, or more expensive shipping method it will be at your expense, and will not be reimbursed?


Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives in a damaged box with contents also damaged, contact us immediately for instructions. Please keep all packaging materials, and the shipping box until we are done processing the claim.


Defective product / Warranty

If your purchase is found to have a manufacturers fault or defect before or after installation or use, it "may" be subject to warranty repair via the original manufacturer.


Anythingheli.com is not a warranty repair center, nor do we offer warranties on certain items we sell. Products purchased are subject to the original Manufacturer's repair/replacement warranty, and will be directed to this vendor at our discretion.


Anythingheli.com will not assume responsibility and/or liability for any manufacturer defect, or damaged due the use/misuse of the product purchased. 


Anythingheli.com is not responsible for any subsequent damage from a crash, or from malfunction of a part, or customer error due to judgement or ability.

Some manufactures prefer to handle all repairs, replacements, and other warranty related issues directly, even if your item was just purchased.  You will find a list of these Manufacturer's below.
