Return / Exchange Policy

It is our hope that you never need to return an item to Anythingheli.com, however, if you do we are more than happy to assist you.  Please review our return policies below.


*All returns require an RMA#.


New/Unused Merchandise

If you change your mind about a purchase for whatever reason we will accept the return/exchange without issue, but we must be notified by phone or Email about the return/exchange within 14 days of receipt of delivery.


The returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in the original un-opened retail packaging. Opened product packages, Engines/Motors that have been run, kits that have been partially or fully built, items that have been soldered, or products that have been cut, punctured, modified in any way can not be accepted as a return. Product packages that have been opened, have missing items or parts will be returned to the customer and not eligible for any credit, refund or exchange. Again, before you send your return back to us, make sure the Product is in its "un-opened" retail package, so that it may be sold in our store as brand new.


Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue your refund / credit  within 1-3 Business days.  The amount of the refund/credit will be for the actual price paid for the product(s) being returned / exchanged only.  Any shipping charges that were paid will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.  Customers are responsible for shipping cost of replacement / exchange merchandise. A 5% - 10% restocking fee may apply if you chose free shipping at the time of your order, this small fee helps recoup fees that Anythingheli.com paid to ship the items to the customer when free shipping was chose at check out, and other fees incurred.


All returns must be shipped in a manner that provides a tracking number, and sufficiently packaged so as to avoid damage during transit. Anythingheli.com is not liable for any damage while items are in transit back to our facility.


Shipping costs to return merchandise, and / or replacement merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed.


To acquire an RMA# please send a detailed Email describing the issue to the Email address below. In the event of a damaged product it may be necessary to send us a picture. Once we receive your email we will respond with necessary information on how to proceed with your return within 24 hours (Mon ~ Fri).

I received something different from what I ordered.

Even though we are very meticulous, mistakes sometimes happen. We will remedy the situation immediately upon notification on a case by case basis.

We'll send you a printable return shipping label (PDF format) through email to ship back the item, but only if it was our mistake (example: we sent a wrong item that was not ordered). Should you choose a faster more expensive shipping method, such as overnight, or Priority, it will be at your expense, and not refunded/reimbursed.


All returns must be shipped in a manner that provides a tracking number, and sufficiently packaged so as to avoid damage during transit.

Opened but unused items that you may want to return:

All opened items are subject to a Restocking fee, this fee helps us recoup the loss when we sell the returned opened item at a discount since it can no longer be sold as new in our store.

Before you open a products package please be aware that once opened we can no longer give refunds for opened items. We only give "store credit" for opened, but still unused items, and this store credit will be between 75% and 85% of total price paid for that item. Please contact us for more information as opened item returns are decided on a case by case basis. NOTE: Used items are not returnable, no acceptions. For warranty, please see warranty policy further down on this page.


Something in my order was damaged from shipping abuse.

Contact us immediately for instructions and PLEASE keep all packaging and take pictures of the shipping box (unopened if possible), and the broken product. Again, please keep all packaging, including the shipping box and call or email us right away.

Please note that Anythingheli.com is not a warranty repair center, nor do we offer warranties on certain items we sell. Your products purchased are subject to the original Manufacturer's repair/replacement warranty, and will be directed to this vendor at our discretion. Anythingheli.com will not assume responsibility and/or liability for any manufacturer defect, or damaged due the use/misuse of the product purchased.


If your item is found to have a manufacturers fault or defect before or after installation or use, no matter what the purchase date may be, your product "may" be subject to warranty repair via the original manufacturer, as we do not cover repair, replacement or warranties on used/installed products.


For some products Anythingheli.com will handle warranty procedures at the discretion of the original manufacturer. Anythingheli.com will assume no responsibility for any losses, damages, injuries or otherwise associated with the use or misuse of these products. Please contact our customer service department for further information if such a situation arises. Defective product/s MUST be returned before we can issue a warranty replacement, shipping costs to return warrantied/defective merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be reimbursed.


Damage to Helicopter due to Product Failure(s)


We absolutely hate crashes due to a part failure, and will do our best to assist you in every way we can. Please understand that we are happy to warranty/replace any item within it's warranty period that we carry, distribute or handle (some items excluded), but cannot offer replacements for damaged parts, batteries, blades, or any other component that may be damaged in a crash.  Anythingheli,com is not responsible for any subsequent damage from a crash, or from malfunction of a part, or customer error due to judgement or ability.
