Shipping, Insurance, Returns, and Warranty

 

Shipping

**All of the products on our website ship from the USA**

We know you want your items ASAP, our goal is to make that happen. Most orders placed before 1pm central Mon-Fri will ship the same day, and orders placed after 1pm EST usually ship within 24 hour, but sometimes will go out the same day, depending on how busy our shipping department is on that day. One of our top goals is to get your orders out ASAP! We are well know for our super fast and reliable shipping.

A specific delivery/transit time frame is not guaranteed on any class of USPS mail.


Gaui Helicopter Kits

To insure that our customers get the latest updated version, Gaui helicopter kits will be shipped directly from the  US distribution center.

 

"FREE SHIPPING" For orders over $149 shipped within the USA.

  When the "FREE SHIPPING" option is selected in the shopping cart, your order will be packaged and shipped in the most cost-effective manner, and may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery. (Free shipping option is ONLY available for USA addresses)

 If you need your Parts faster than ground delivery (Free Shipping), we suggest selecting Priority mail. Priority mail gets to most addresses in the USA within 2-3 business days.

If your order is "urgent", choose the Express Mail option, this Class of mail usually takes 24hrs for delivery/transit time. It’s best to get your express orders in before 11AM so they can get sent out ASAP.

 Should you choose a shipping method other than “free shipping” we cannot offer any credit or discount towards a faster, alternative shipping method.


International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to most countries.

Please Note: We do not offer Free Shipping for international orders at this time.

International Shipping Policy:

When shipping internationally, we can only ship to the actual credit card holders varified address (actual Credit card billing address). Any orders that are made to an address that is not the same as the actual credit cards billing address will be cancelled and refunded back to the credit card used for that order. You can also use PayPal to make payment. If PayPal is used, you must ship to the address associated with your PalPal account.

Some countries will charge a customs fee, this cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not handled by, or the responsibility of AnythingHeli.com


International shipping insurance policy:

If you would like insurance on your International package, please contact us at the EMAIL on the bottom of this Page before you make your order, We will calculate what the cost of insurance is, and you will have the option to pay that amount if insurance is needed. If you do not insure your order, we (AnythingHeli.com) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Priority Mail Internation is also most reliable, this type of service allows the package to be tracked and makes reliabilty very high, and is why at this time all we offer. We want to make sure your package gets to you safe and secure.


International Customs/Taxes

 

For all international orders outside of the USA, certain duty fees or customs fees may be required upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no control over any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other such customs fees, and cannot be held liable for any such fees, no matter what the situation may be.

If you receive your order and do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees, the order will be abandoned at your local customs facility, and due to shipping fees and additional duty fees applied to us to return the order(s), we will not be able to make the return, and thus will not be able to offer any refunds, credits or otherwise. Please be very aware of all such fees & responsibilities regarding these matters, as once the package/order/shipment leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your order.

 


Adding to existing order (Combining 2 orders into 1) FAQ:


Question: I forgot a couple parts, and I want to add them to my existing order?

Answer: If your order is marked as "Awaiting Fulfillment", You can still add parts to an order by simply making another order and leaving instructions in the "order comments" to combine the order with your order placed earlier; (as long as the previous order is not marked as "awaiting shipment" or "Shipped" it is still possible to combine multiple orders.) Once the second order is made we will calculate the total shipping charge for both orders and give you store credit for the difference. In most cases adding a small part or two does not change the shipping charge at all, so you may be credited the total shipping charge of the second order depending on weight/size of the added products.

 

 

 

Example, 1st order still says "awaiting fulfillment" and second order is made. First order shipping charge is $5, second order shipping charge is $5, total cost to ship both orders is 7.50, we will credit your AnythingHeli.com account a store credit of $2.50, and you can use this credit on future orders.

 

 

 

NOTE: You can check the status of your orders and/or Store credit by logging in to your anythingheli.com account, and clicking "My Account " at the top of the page. Remember, once your order is marked as "awaiting shipment" we can no longer add to that order. It has been boxed, sealed, and labeled, and is most likely on its way to the post office.

 

 

 


Insurance on your shipment

Shipping insurance is available at the customer’s expense by request only. Please express your desire to place shipping insurance on your order in the “Order comments” section upon checkout. We will contact you with insurance payment details.

 

 


Return/Exchange Policy

Anythingheli will accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in original un-opened retail packaging. A 5~10% restocking fee applies to some items. Your Refund will be issued 2-5 Business days after we receive the returned products.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All RMA numbers must appear on the outside box.

Shipping costs to return merchandise, or replacement merchandise is the responsibility of the customer, and cannot be reimbursed.

We'll refund 100% of the return shipping cost if you receive a part(s) that is different than what you ordered.

 

Warranty for SAB Goblin / GAUI / ALIGN Products:

These Products can be warrantied through AnythingHeli.com as long as they were purchased through AnythingHeli.com. We are not a repair center, but can be a mediator between you and the manufacturer for warrenty claims on there products purchased at AnythingHeli.com


Warranty

AnythingHeli.com is not a warranty repair center for any of the products we sell. Most products are subject to their individual manufacturer's warranty & repair policy. AnythingHeli.com assumes no liability either expressed nor implied for any manufacturers defect, or damages as a result of use or misuse of their products.

Please note: some products or items will be replaced and/or repaired direct via the manufacture, no matter when the item/product was purchased. In this case, feel free to contact us for help, and we will issue you the proper contact information so the item can be addressed via the manufacturer, as some manufacturers need to deal with all warranty related items direct, rather than through the original re-seller.

Defects found after the product has been installed or has been in use are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and need to be claimed directly with the manufacturer or distributor. These items will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer/distributor discretion. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, shipping weight, or with incorrect information/pictures due to a typographical website error, or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AnythingHeli.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly on our website"
